Participation in Seaweed Project

Alexandros Charalambides and Olympia Nisiforou were selected to represent Cyprus at the COST ACTION (FA1406) entitled «Advancing Knowledge on Seaweed Growth and Development». The next meeting of the COST action will be held at the Fisheries Research Institute, Nea Peramos, Kavala (organised by Dr Sotiris Orfanidis and Prof. Christos Katsaros), where our work on cultivating macroalgae in swine wastewater will be presented.
